Dr. Lawrence Lin, a Board-eligible orthodontist, is a Southern California native who grew up in Orange County and now calls Los Angeles home. He is a proud UCLA Bruin, having earned his undergraduate degree in Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Lin continued his education at the UCLA School of Dentistry, where he received several honors and scholarships. It was during dental school that Dr. Lin discovered his passion for orthodontics, leading him to complete his specialty training at UCLA.
Dr. Lin enjoys orthodontics because it combines his love for detail-oriented work, building strong patient relationships, and transforming smiles. His dedication to providing excellent care extends beyond his practice. He has traveled to China to provide dental care to underserved communities and spent considerable time learning Spanish and Mandarin to better communicate with his diverse patient base.

Education and Expertise
Dr. Lin’s educational background is just the beginning of what makes him stand out as an orthodontist. His passion for serving others is evident in his extensive community involvement. While in college, he participated in CHAMPs, a mentorship program for underprivileged youth, and later became the health director for the program. He also created the Teen Oral Health Committee as part of the American Student Dental Association, traveling to middle schools in Los Angeles to educate students about oral hygiene.
